Dan Dorfman rages when Sapori D’Ischia won’t serve water       

        Fearless financial columnist Dan Dorfman is in a snit after the legendary Queens restaurant Sapori D’Ischia refused to serve him tap water last night. Dorfman set off headlines a year ago when he complained that Morton’s the Steak House charged him $2.50 for ice cubes. Now he’s fuming that thislegendary, Zagat-listed Neopolitan eatery in Woodside refuses to serve ice water. “You must buy bottled water or you get none,” he reports.  There’s no problem getting truffles at $80 a shaving which is weighed on a scale, he adds. “The place was mobbed last night but maybe I shouldn’t use that word,” Dorfman notes. “Given they don’t have tap water, I wonder how they wash the dishes.”
